Wheels and Bearings

When used in normal environments and conditions, maintenance is not required.

When the wheels shake left and right, replace them. Consider the wheels, bearings, and tires as normal wear and tear, which are not covered by the warranty.

We will only replace the original damaged parts within the warranty for free. Using non-original parts can affect the safety and overall performance of the Coolstep.

After use, there will be some dust on the car, in order to make your car look like new, use a cloth to wipe off the dust on the car, do not use industrial cleaners or solvents to clean, because they will destroy the surface of the car, do not use alcohol or alcohol-based cleaners, because they will destroy plastic products.
