2. Operation and Usage

After opening the box, please place the scale on a stable and solid platform and adjust it to a level position (there is a level on the front panel of this machine to ensure accurate measurement).

 Insert the power cord and turn on the power switch. The electronic scale will enter the self-checking state, and the working window will display "8" and then return to zero. The weight window displays various states as follows:

Display Status Meaning Explanation

—— (In the middle) long-time display indicates that the scale zero position is unstable due to wind or moisture.

—— (Upper) Indicates the zero position is too high and needs to be sent for repair.

—— (In the lower part) indicates that the zero position is too low and needs to be sent for repair.

-L-B (Voice Alarm) indicates that the battery voltage has dropped below 5.4±0.1V and requires immediate charging.

-OL (Voice Alarm) indicates that the item is overweight and must be immediately removed.

 O indicates that the device is in a normal power-saving standby state.

3.1.1. Do not weigh items that exceed the maximum weight limit. Once the scale indicates 'OL' (Overload) and the buzzer sounds continuously, immediately remove the item to prevent any potential damage.

 3.2.1 Before or after loading, and the 1~9 digital input on the keyboard can be used to enter the unit price.

 3.2.2 The time interval between the input of the two numbers in the same unit price should not exceed 6 seconds. If it exceeds 6 seconds, you do not need to press [Cancle], and the system will automatically refresh the unit price.

 If the weight window displays a negative number (such as negative tare weight), the amount will display ﹍﹍, indicating no amount.

 3.2.4 Amount window displays ﹍﹍, indicating the amount is greater than 9999.99 yuan.

 3.3 Unit Price Storage, Changes and Storage (Limited to 24 Keys).

 Storage: First, input the unit price you want to store using the 0-9 keys on the keyboard, then press the [Storage] key, and then press [MX] (where X is 1-8), the unit price will be stored in the corresponding [MX] key. The previously stored unit price will be replaced by the new one.

Press the [MX] key to call up all the unit prices in [MX].

 3.4When weighing bulk items in a container, you can first place the container on the scale, press the [Tare] button, and wait until the weight window displays zero. Then, load the items and weigh them to obtain the net weight of the items.

Note: Gross weight + net weight

 If the unit price is entered incorrectly, press the [Clear] key to enter the correct unit price.

3.6 Set to Zero

 No weighing item, but the weight window is not zero, you can press the [Zero] key to clear (within the range of ±60d).

 3.7 Shutdown

After use, please turn off the switch and then remove the power cord.

Warning:

1. After using the battery, it should be charged in time, otherwise it will damage the battery. The charging time control: generally, charge at least once every 24 hours. Continuous charging is required. (As long as the system is connected to the AC power source, whether the machine is turned on or not, the system will automatically charge the internal battery. The manufacturer recommends: turn off the electronic scale to charge).

2. Battery must not be connected in the reverse direction (correct connection; red wire to red terminal, black wire to black terminal).

3. Electronic weighing scales should be avoided from being flooded with rain, thrown, and collided during transportation.

4. Please keep the product warranty card, packaging, and invoice safe. Under normal transportation, storage, and use conditions (please do not open the seal yourself), if there is a non-human fault, the dealer will be responsible for the three guarantees within one year from the date of product sale. Please send the product and the warranty card to the nearest maintenance point or our company's maintenance department at the same time.

6. Before using the product every day, it must be self-calibrated with a standard weight.
