The working principle of a dry sauna room is that it uses a high-temperature steam to create a humid and hot environment. The steam is generated by heating water to a high temperature, which then rises through the room, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for the user.
After the dry sauna room is powered on, the geocarbon elements and electric stone elements contained in the heating plates installed in it are excited by electrical energy conversion to a certain temperature, producing a kind of energy with different wavelengths.
How to use the dry sauna room
The temperature control of the dry sauna room is mainly divided into the ground heat temperature control system and the wall temperature control system.
1. First, turn off the main power switch of the dry steam room.
2. The geothermal temperature control system is generally set up so that it does not require manual activation; the system automatically senses. 3. Turn the temperature control key for the dry sauna wall heating system, look at the temperature control display, and the temperature difference should be maintained between 38-43 degrees.
4. The room temperature reaches about 38°C, and you can enter the indoor dry steam;
5. The temperature in the dry steam room is best between 38°C and 43°C.
6. The dry steaming time is usually 40-60 minutes.
Dry Sauna Room Notes
1. After meals and alcohol, it is not suitable to immediately perform dry steam.
2. Each dry steam treatment should last 45-60 minutes, but it can be adjusted according to personal tolerance.
3. After dry sauna, it is not recommended to take a shower within 4 hours. After dry sauna, dry your body with a towel, and do not smoke within 2 hours. It is not recommended to eat cold food;
4. If you feel dizzy or experience uncomfortable symptoms while using a dry sauna, you should immediately stop using it, or take a rest before continuing the dry sauna session;
5. Before dry sauna, please remove makeup. During the dry sauna process, do not frequently enter and exit, and drink an appropriate amount of warm water. Do not drink cold drinks or eat cold food within 10-24 hours after the experience, and do not directly contact cold water. It is not suitable to take a shower, just dry the body with a towel.
6. The first 15 minutes should be spent moderately moving around and adjusting your breathing by repeatedly doing deep breathing. After the first half hour, you can lie down or sit, and during the experience, you should maintain a good attitude and relax both physically and mentally. If you experience any discomfort during the whole-body health response, you can leave the room to relax and rest until the symptoms disappear, and then you can re-enter or consult relevant personnel. It is normal to continue sweating after the experience. You should let the pores gradually close on their own.
Before and after dry steaming, it is important to avoid holding in your bowel movements.
