推荐：本产品非常适用于运动员、老人、长久行走、站立、脚部疼痛者、扁平足者及怕磨破皮受到感染的糖尿病患者。适用于大部分的鞋子。

扁平足：平足症主要是由于某些原因使足骨形态异常、肌肉萎缩、韧带挛缩或慢性劳损造成足纵弓塌陷或弹性消失所引起的足痛，又称为平板脚。

其病因主要有：(1)遗传因素；(2)先天性足骨畸形；(3)足部外伤或慢性劳损；(4)足内在肌或外在肌力弱或麻痹、痉挛。临床上分为姿势性平足症和痉挛性平足症。临床表现主要为久站或行走时足部疼痛或不适，站立时跟外翻、足扁平、前足外展，舟骨结节处肿胀压痛，休息减轻，晚期发展为痉挛性平足，并可引起骨性关节炎并发症。部分病人有家族史。本症可发生于儿童及青壮年，若为先天性者则多在１０岁以后出现症状，常因各种损伤和劳累、肥胖而诱发，双侧多见。本症重在预防，一般非手术疗法多能奏效，少数患者则需手术治疗，亦可获得较好疗效。疗效欠佳者多数是未经正规治疗或伴有合并症、并发症者。

适应症：扁平足、行走疲、及足部受力不平衡。

功能：增强行走舒适性，矫正足部不规律的活动，特别是扁平足患者，合理分散足部压力，能起到矫正扁平足作用
