.When working, the workpiece should be securely fixed, and the profile material positioning should comply with the cutting direction to prevent abnormal entry. Do not apply lateral pressure or curve cutting. The cutting should be smooth, avoiding sudden contact with the workpiece, which could lead to damage to the saw blade or the workpiece flying out, causing an accident.
When working, if you notice abnormal sounds and vibrations, rough cutting surfaces, or any unusual odors, you must immediately stop the operation, check in time, and eliminate the fault to prevent any potential accidents.
.When starting and stopping the cutting process, do not advance the cutter too quickly to avoid breaking teeth or damage.
If cutting aluminum alloy or other metals, use a special cooling lubricant to prevent the saw blade from overheating, causing gumming, and other damage, which could affect the cutting quality.
The equipment chip-discharge trough and slag-removal device ensure unobstructed flow to prevent the accumulation of slag into lumps, which could affect production and safety.
When cutting dry material, please do not cut continuously for a long time to avoid affecting the service life and cutting effect of the saw blade; for wet material, it should be cut with water, and be careful to prevent electric shock.
