Product Warranty Card

Under normal use of this product, any quality issues caused by the raw materials or the production process within one year from the date of purchase, our unit is responsible for free maintenance. Any damage caused by the user's installation, disassembly, or improper use in accordance with the product manual, our unit can provide maintenance, but will charge a reasonable service fee and parts cost.

Warranty Clause:

1. The product warranty period is one year.

2. Within one year from the date of purchase, under normal use (determined by our authorized technicians), free repairs or replacements will be provided for warranty parts that are damaged or malfunctioning.

3. Products that have been repaired or altered by maintenance personnel other than our maintenance center, or those that have been installed improperly, input incorrect voltage, used improperly, or suffered from faults due to accidental events or natural disasters are not covered by the warranty.

4. Before receiving warranty services, customers must present both the warranty card and the purchase proof to verify the purchase date of the electrical appliance. If the purchase date cannot be confirmed, the warranty will not be provided.

5. If the content of the warranty card is tampered with privately, it will be invalid.
