1.Customized Demand

All our products can be customized according to customer requirements. You can choose our existing styles or provide your own samples for mold customizing. We can design a free overall rendering based on your changes, for your reference.

2.Sample Confirmation

After the initial determination of packaging styles, sizes, materials, and prices, if the client requests, we can provide a pre-production sample (note: the factory will charge a certain amount of sample fee. If the final confirmation is made, the sample fee will be deducted from the contract amount as payment) to give the client a more intuitive understanding of the product details.

3.Purchase Contract

If there are no objections, both parties can sign the purchase contract (we have contract templates ready), and the contract will detail product information, delivery time, acceptance standards, and settlement methods, among other details.

4.Payment Form

Under normal circumstances, our factory will charge 40% of the total amount as a deposit. The remaining payment must be settled in full before the delivery. Generally, we do not accept partial payments.Support Alipay as a payment method.

5. Goods Packing

In general, if guests do not have any special packaging requirements, our factory will use a standard cardboard box for safe packaging (this packaging is free of charge). For foreign trade goods, our factory can perform precision packaging according to the customer's packaging method, but the resulting costs will be borne by the guests themselves.

6.Cargo Transportation

Except for special instructions, the contract price is ex-works and does not include freight. In special circumstances, the customer may choose the appropriate transportation method according to their needs, and our factory will arrange the transportation matters on their behalf.

7.Service Tracking

If the customer has any doubts about the goods within one week after receiving them, they can call us for assistance. We will solve the problem based on the specific situation!
