一、功能:
本机用于对不干胶制品的表层直线分条切割和用于对纸张的虚线切割、及书本封面的压痕。本机可用滚切刀滚切和剃须刀划切两种方式。齿形滚切片用于纸张的虚线切割。本机设置调速装置可将滚筒转速从50~~290转/分无级调速。
二、操作程序:
1、本机选用220V电源。将随机电源一端插入机架上的插座另一端与电源接通开启主电源开关，机器就可以正常运转。速度调节旋钮用于调节滚筒的旋转速度，顺时针方向旋转速度增加，反之速度减慢。
2、切割工件时先旋转手轮把工件引入滚筒使之停留在分割线位置。根据被割工件的尺寸要求选择标尺读数调整刀片的位置和高度。用手轮旋转试割直到符合要求，然后开机切割。先慢速运转，逐渐提速到正常速度。本机具有压痕功能，只要将随机两个压痕轮换上调整好位置就能起到压痕作用。
三、使用注意事项:
1、刀架紧固在六角滑道上。定位出螺钉的紧固力度要适当。用力过度会损坏刀架。
2、剃须刀安装位置应与橡胶轮匹配。
3、调整刀片位置时应注意刀片刀口不能与滚筒直接接触以免损坏刀片刀口和滚筒表面。
4、工作时双手与割刀保持一定距离防止发生伤害事故。
5、定期打工左侧盖板。检查调整皮带的松紧程度。
6、请用随机的电源线连接电源。供滚切机电源的插座必须专用，不允许其它设备并入专用电源插座。
