All products shipped by our company are checked by specialists multiple times. If there are genuine quality issues with the products, please feedback to our after-sales service within 7 days after receipt of the goods (time of receipt signature is the standard). We will register the issues you raise. Once a certain number of products with quality problems have accumulated, we will send them back by logistics and you will be responsible for the freight. For the returned products with quality problems, please attach a list and the shipper's information in the goods. The products must not have been used and the packaging must be intact, otherwise, we will not exchange or return them! We will send them together with your next order. When there are many goods, we can send them by logistics, but the logistics is required to be paid on delivery.
