◆Delivery issue：

Under normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed, and they will be delivered within 3-5 days (excluding legal public holidays). Direct logistics usually takes 3-5 days, while transit logistics takes 5-7 days. Any losses caused by the logistics company. Please refuse to sign the buyer, contact our store to negotiate with the logistics company for compensation. After signing, the logistics company will not acknowledge it at all, and our store will not bear the consequences.

◆Return and Exchange Process：

If there are any quality issues or mistakes in the product, you can contact the seller within 48 hours of receiving the goods to apply for a return/exchange service. Once the seller confirms that the conditions are met, the return/exchange process can be operated according to the procedure.

Step 1: Please contact the seller on Alipay first to confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met (it is recommended that you take a photo of the received goods for your records).
Step 2: Return the goods and keep the delivery receipt. The postage must be paid by the buyer in advance (the seller refuses to accept the freight collect items).

Return and Exchange Fee Policy：
If the problem is due to a quality issue or a mistake in the shipment, the postage will be borne by the seller, and the buyer must advance pay for the postage (the seller will not accept postage collect items). The seller will inspect the goods within 2 working days after receiving them and confirm and handle the return and exchange of goods and postage issues.

The packaging has been opened and cannot be restored, which affects the secondary sale (except for quality issues).
