The unit has five pre-set programs:-

1 Step 1 Slow speed

2 Step 2 Medium speed3 Step 3 Rapid speed

4 WARM UP A gentle introduction

to the motion.

5 AUTO random workout using the

WARM UP, 1, 2 and 3 programs.

6 TIME LIGHTS At the beginning of

a program all the time lights will

be illuminated. Every three minutes

one of the lights will go out to

indicate how much time is left.
