② deposit: After accepting the quotation, if the customer arranges the layout by himself, please skip to step 4; If we need to design the layout, please pay 200 yuan through Alipay first, design layout is free, the payment can be offset when settlement. (Due to the large number of typesetting people, please forgive me if you have no choice but to take the deposit), we refuse all those who have not paid the deposit.

③ Final Draft: After receiving the customer deposit, please send us the printed content. To ensure the accuracy of the image, please send vector diagrams such as CDP, AI, EPS, etc.

④ payment: after both parties confirm the draft, please pay the payment (full payment or advanced deposit is acceptable). If the full payment is more than 50,000 yuan, an order contract needs to be signed, and the payment method is subject to the contract.

⑤ production: enter the production period and do not accept customer pattern modification. The quantity and process vary depending on the delivery time.

⑥ delivery: After the production is completed, notify the customer and agree on the delivery time. Delivery is usually self-delivery (city logistics)

⑦ receipt: If the outer package is damaged, please refuse the visa and contact us for handling. The factory will not accept this kind of problem after signing. If quality problems are found after signing, our factory is responsible for them to the end.

Process description:

1. Non-woven bag design:
This is the most important first step. A good design should not only be beautiful and reflect the needs of customers, but also be suitable for the production process requirements of non-woven bags, and at the same time reduce the production cost, "Perfect combination of the three" is the optimal design scheme. Many non-woven bag professional design companies, due to the requirements of different non-woven bag production process, design products often can not reach the optimal, this is not their designer's ability problem, it is limited that they cannot fully understand the production process of non-woven bags. Therefore, even if customers invite professional companies to design, our company generally requires designers to check whether the customer's design is optimal? Does it meet the production process of non-woven bags? This is not a doubt about the design ability of customers, but based on the attitude of being responsible to customers, we sometimes modify the design of customers according to the requirements of non-woven bag production process, it can reduce production costs and save costs for customers.

2. Production of raw materials:
Conventional color80g and 100g non-woven fabrics. If the number of customer orders is large, it takes time to order; Non-woven fabrics with special colors and gram weights must be re-ordered. Non-woven bags with more than 30,000 are generally ordered according to the product size, which is convenient for machine cutting, the precision of machine cutting is higher than that of manual cutting, and the quality of non-woven bags made is higher. (Special color also need to purchase Masterbatch, order time is longer.)

3, cut:
For orders of less than 30,000, we usually use cutting tables, manual cutting, and the accuracy error is less than 5mm; For orders of more than 30,000, we usually order non-woven fabrics of special specifications according to the product size, the accuracy error of machine cutting is less than 3mm.

4, print:
For manual silk screen printing, we choose environmentally friendly water-based paste for printing, which is non-toxic and harmless. The cost of printing paste varies greatly depending on the whiteness and adhesion.

Machine printing, printing speed is fast, printing is dry, coloring thickness is thin, color fastness is strong, printing quantity is large, printing effect is completely consistent, printing cost is low.

5, sewing:
Manual sewing is a high cost link of non-woven bags.

6, quality inspection:
The quality of batch products depends on quality inspection personnel. (Quality inspection duration: synchronize with sewing.)

7. Packaging and delivery:
According to the production process, we can know:
1. The production of an order has to go through the above seven production links; If the company does not have non-woven fabrics in stock, it usually takes 10-18 days to order non-woven fabrics for reproduction.
2. Each order has to go through 7 links, and the management is relatively complicated, generally, it starts from 3000. If the number of orders is too small, the cost will increase.
3. For large orders, we can use advanced cutting machines, whose quality is higher than that of ordinary small factories.
4. Large orders, our production scale is large, the capacity of each workshop is relatively strong, and the delivery speed is much faster than that of ordinary small factories.
