1. About Mixed Wholesale:
All products are supported for mixed wholesale, with a total amount of payment equal to or greater than 500 yuan or a quantity of each item equal to or greater than 50 pieces.
Section Two: About Processing/Customization：
01、We support custom-made orders based on samples or drawings.
Customization requirements, each product style and color with a minimum order quantity of 600 pieces can be customized.
Sample customizations require a sample fee, which will be fully refunded once the mass production order is placed. Samples are available for a maximum of three pieces.
04. If you need to open a VAT invoice for the goods, please inform us in advance before making the offer.
05. Customized production time needs to be discussed with our factory.
06. Custom orders require a deposit fee, with a deposit amounting to 30% to 50% of the total purchase price.
07、We adopt the payment-on-delivery (POD) method for goods to be shipped from the warehouse.
If our production volume reaches 90% or more, we will inform the ordering party to come to our factory for inspection. Once the goods pass the inspection, we will deliver them on time and have them stored in the warehouse.
Product 09: Our products are all low carbon and environmentally friendly, and they have passed the new European standard test. However, our factory does not provide supplier inspection reports.
10. All products are packaged in standard packaging, and the outer boxes are standard five-layer corrugated cardboard boxes. If you need special packaging, please notify us in advance;
11. If custom-made products require accessories such as hanging cards, label cards, washing labels, and weaving labels, please provide by the order party.

1. About Quality Issues:
All products are subjected to strict quality checks before leaving the factory. We do not produce inferior products, and for the sake of our own reputation, we would never sell any customer inferior or counterfeit goods. Please rest assured on this point.
II. About the color difference issue:
Due to the different cameras and lighting used by photographers, as well as the different resolutions of various computer displays, there may be a slight color variation. This is an unavoidable aspect of current e-commerce. We will strive to provide the clearest images for everyone. If you have a specific color requirement and would like to customize, please provide us with the raw color card.
III. About the shipping time:
We only deliver orders that have been paid for. When you place an order for stock, we will ship it within 48 hours. If you initiate a custom order, the production time will need to be discussed with our factory.
Question 4: Are you willing to accept payments made to a company-to-company account?
Yes, we accept bank-to-bank account transfers. For specific details, please contact us.
Can I issue a VAT invoice?
Sure, we can provide VAT invoices to the purchaser.
Sixthly, all the custom-made products have been completed according to the production schedule, and there is no immediate plan to deliver them. Is it possible to store them in the factory warehouse for a while?
Certainly. Our factory completes the production of all orders based on the production schedule. If the goods are stored and delayed for more than 15 days, then from the 16th day onward, we will charge you for storage fees. The storage fee is charged at 5‰ of the total amount daily.
Can we accept urgent orders for processed/customized products, meaning that we can deliver the products the next day after the order is placed today?
Sorry, we do not accept urgent orders, and urgent orders cannot guarantee the quality of production. We do not want to provide any customer with inferior products.
8. I am a small-volume buyer, such as a small seller or an online merchant. Can I become a distributor for your products?
If you are a small wholesale merchant, an online retailer (Taobao seller, DHgate seller, AliExpress seller, eBay seller, etc.), or a street vendor, and you want to distribute our factory's products, we allow you to be a distributor. We will give you the wholesale price, ensuring that you have a large profit margin in your hands. For specific distribution rights, please contact us.
Question 9: If the product has quality issues, can it be exchanged or returned for free?
If there are any quality issues with the product (loops, color differences, creases do not fall under quality issues), we commit to our customers that we will provide a 3-day refund, a 7-day exchange, and a 1-year warranty.
All products are eligible for a free return or exchange if there is a quality issue. If the issue does not fall under quality, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Please ensure that the original packaging is maintained for the return or exchange, and the product should not have any stains or be washed.
