Minimum Order Quantity

1This item is not available for retail, and the minimum order quantity is one piece of the style or a multiple of the production pieces for the next batch.

2Each product is minimum ordered in units, and all goods prices do not include shipping fees. Fragile items include the cost of wood frames.

3All glass bottle products are shipped with wooden frames during shipment.

Section Two: Method of Allocation

1Our usual shipping time is5-7about a day or so.

ATo ensure the quality of our products, we do not have any stock available. We start making the order once it is received, so please do not place an order if you are concerned about the time.
BWe will start making the goods for you on the second or third day after receiving your payment, ensuring...10Shipment will be made within working days. The day of payment does not count, and it starts the next day.10Delivery within working days. If the quantity is large, the delivery time will be delayed.

2Special circumstances may result in a delay in shipping.
ASometimes, the factory has to rush to meet foreign trade orders, which can lead to a tight schedule. As a result, the delivery of your goods may be delayed by a few days. Please be patient and don't worry.

BIf the materials for the products you have ordered are out of stock before we process your order, our customer service staff will inform you by email or phone. The shipment date will be delayed, and we will ask you whether you want to cancel the order or change the style.
CIf you find that the quantity of goods received is incorrect, please don't worry. Our warehouse has shipping records. Please contact our customer service staff to verify and check.

Three, Shipping

1Before arranging the shipment, our customer service will confirm the order with you. The products on the internet can basically be produced and supplied in time, but there may be the possibility of temporary material shortages, so after we see your order, we will first check if there is a material shortage. If there is, we will inform you if we can change to another style.
2After the customer's order payment, please notify our customer service in time so that our factory can arrange production and shipping in time.
3If your order is large, we will contact you in time.
4For products with multiple colors, the standard practice is to mix several colors. If there are any other requirements, please contact customer service.

5If you need to include a shipping list in the shipment, please specify it in your order. (Because many customers do not want us to include a shipping list, and if there is no special instruction, we will not include a shipping list.)

6After the shipment, we will notify you to check and receive the goods.

IV. Freight Charges

1In general, we ship all goods through the freight department (which reaches most cities at or above the county level directly or via transfer). Once the goods arrive in your city, the freight company will call you to notify you to pick up the goods. Freight is usually calculated based on the number of pieces (as long as it's not too heavy or fluffy, some regions calculate by the weight of the goods). For specific reference, please check the freight company's standard charges. Customers who use freight services, you can pay the freight company when you pick up the goods. As long as you pay us for the goods, you only need to pay the purchase price.
2When receiving the goods, please check if the box is intact, and the wooden frame is intact. If you suspect whether the product is damaged, please inspect the goods on the spot at the freight department. If it is due to the relationship of the freight department, you will need to solve it yourself. If it is indeed damage due to non-human factors of the freight department, and the outer packaging is intact, you can contact our customer service, and the manufacturer will be responsible for exchanging.
3If you have any special requirements, such as a specific courier department, please specify when placing your order, and we will ship to the courier department you specify. Local deliveries are available.

Five, after-sales service

1During the purchase process, if you encounter any issues, please contact us by phone.QQPlease contact us, and we will discuss with you any issues you encounter during the shopping process.
2If the goods are not received on time within one week after shipment, we will immediately check upon receiving the customer's inquiry and provide the most timely response to the customer regarding the corresponding issues.
3If you discover any quality issues with the goods upon arrival, you must report them within 7 days of receiving the shipment.24We will provide feedback and images within an hour. After receiving the returned goods, we will return the amount to you as soon as possible.
4If any damage occurs during the transportation process, we will not assume any responsibility for the loss, but we will do our best to pack the products carefully and communicate with the freight company to minimize the risk of transportation damage.
5Please communicate with our customer service before returning the goods. If you return the goods without any notice, we will not process it.
6If we deliver the goods in time, and any loss caused by the delay of the freight company's delivery time, we will not assume any responsibility or compensation.

Sixth, exchange and return service

If there are any quality issues with the product, we will immediately provide a refund or exchange upon receiving the return. Due to the fragility of the product, unavoidable damage may occur during transportation. We will not provide compensation for such damage. Please inspect the goods upon receipt and ensure that there are no defects.7Please contact us within one day regarding the quality issues of the goods.7If no action is taken within the specified time, it will be considered as no problem. In order to achieve a long-term and good cooperation, we commit to replacing or returning the product completely if any non-man-made quality issues arise, provided that the product packaging is intact, all accessories are complete, and there are no obvious scratches on the product.
