Usage Method 1 (Cold Compression):
1. Open the lid and add the ice cubes.
The volume of the ice cube occupies 1/2 to 2/3 of the ice bag capacity.
2. To prevent water from leaking out, cover the lid tightly.
Note: The lid may not seal tightly when tilted.
3. Place the ice pack on the area to be cooled, and use bandages or special protective equipment to secure it.
*To prevent the ice pack from being too cold, you can use a towel and underwear as padding.
*To prevent the sharp edges of ice cubes from puncturing the bag, it is recommended to rinse away the edges with water before using.
