1. Structure: The structure uses column plates and cross beams that are connected by insertion, with the cross beams adjustable in height by 50mm intervals. This structure is suitable for large load capacities and long cross beams, typically with a load capacity of less than 2 tons per level. The surface can be covered with steel plates or wood boards. Specifications and dimensions can be customized according to the needs.

2. Technology: International matte white, SPCC high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, electrostatic powder coating, eco-friendly, odorless; The welding part uses high-standard fusion welding, with smooth and flat surface. All shelf products are processed through an automated production line, including epoxy resin surface electrostatic spraying, trough immersion pickling (rust removal) - water washing - degreasing (oil removal) - water washing - surface adjustment (adjusting pH value) - phosphating - water washing - drying - electrostatic spraying - curing (180 degrees) - cooling - inspection - packaging - storage. The coating thickness is 60-80μm, and the surface hardness of the coating is 2H.
