1. We do not engage in retail sales. However, considering that some customers prefer to see the product in person before making a purchase, we have set up a sample collection area. No returns are allowed, regardless of the reason, even if shipping costs are covered. We welcome customers who want to receive a sample. For retail purchases, please go through Taobao.
2. Regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not when receiving the goods, the customer must open the boxes for inspection and verify the total quantity of items against the wholesale list. After confirming that the total quantity is correct, they should conduct a thorough inspection of each item.
Shipping Instructions
We support express delivery and freight logistics.
Shipping by courier: For small orders, you can place the order directly. Alibaba’s system will automatically calculate the shipping fee, and the pricing will be displayed accordingly. If you have a specific courier company in mind, please contact customer service in advance. Otherwise, the company will use the default courier for shipping.
Freight and logistics: If your goods are heavy (over 15 kilograms, or not from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, or Shanghai regions), we strongly recommend using freight and logistics services to reduce transportation costs. The time required for logistics and express delivery to receive the goods is almost the same. After the goods arrive, the shipping department will call you to inform you of the designated pickup point where you can collect them. Generally, you should collect the goods within 3 days of arrival to avoid storage fees.
