Note: For engines with a displacement below 2.0, it is recommended to use the 500A/600A wiring harness.

For engines above 2.0 L, it is recommended to use the 1000A wiring system.

Length of wires: The 500A wire is 2.5 meters long, and the single 600A wire is approximately 3.5 meters long.

The connected wires are as follows: (1) First, clamp the red wire from the starter line onto the positive terminal of the red battery on the "rescued vehicle". (2) Then, clamp the red wire at the other end onto the positive terminal of the red battery on the "rescue vehicle". (3) Clamp the black wire onto the negative battery of the "rescued vehicle". (4) Next, clamp the black wire onto the negative battery of the "rescue vehicle". (5) Start the engine of the "rescue vehicle" first, and then start the engine of the "rescued vehicle". If the rescued vehicle still cannot start, check whether the metal contact areas are not properly aligned. After starting both engines, remove the starter connection wires in order; otherwise, a short circuit may occur.

The procedure for removing the line is as follows:

(1) First, remove the black wire from the rescued vehicle. (2) Then, remove the black wire from the rescue vehicle. (3) Next, remove the red wire from the rescue vehicle. (4) Finally, remove the red wire from the rescued vehicle.

1. Follow the operation steps strictly.

2. Check the marked voltages of both batteries to ensure they are identical.

3. Turn off all loads in the vehicle, shift to empty gear, pull the handbrake, and start the engine. Smoking is prohibited near the vehicle.

4. If the car battery has frozen, do not start it, otherwise it may cause an explosion.

5. Make sure the battery terminals have the correct polarity.

6. During operation, the vehicle must not come into contact with other vehicles.

7. The battery may produce explosive gases! Wear protective goggles when installing the cable.

8. If acidic substances in the battery accidentally leak and splash onto the skin or eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of clean water, and then seek medical help.
