Product Description:
FBC-2 paper bag two-fold side sticker automatic packaging machine is an environment-friendly packaging machine. It is suitable for heavy-duty big bag with a packaging weight of 10~50kg, and is suitable for packaging single (multi) layer Kraft paper bag, paper-plastic (PE) combination bag, lining plastic l material bags, two-in-one, three-in-one bags, etc.

This machine can automatically complete dust removal (optional), inner bag heat sealing, pressing, trimming indentation, first folding, flattening, second indentation, second folding, processes such as paper tape side sticking and heat sealing.

The packaging bag after packaging has good sealing and strong fastness, which can prevent dust, moisture and pollution, so that the packaging can be properly protected.

Features:
1. The machine can be equipped with dust removal mechanism to remove dust at the pocket;
2. Adopt controllable constant temperature heating mechanism to achieve lining bag heating and heat sealing, making the bag mouth sealed well;
3. Heat sealing inner bag is adopted, the pocket mouth is folded twice, and hot melt adhesive paper tape is pasted on the side to prevent cuffed rebound;
4. The Paper tape is pulled by stepping motor, and the paper tape is automatically cut off according to the set length. The action is stable and reliable;
5. Use rotary heater to heat paper tape to realize instant pasting;
6. The transmission mechanism adopts a special clamping chain to realize the synchronous operation of the packaging bag input and the conveyor;
7. The whole machine is automatically packaged by PLC according to programmable procedures;
8. This machine can form a production line with a conveyor, and can form an automatic packaging production line with unit equipment such as automatic metering, automatic filling, automatic steering and pouring bags, automatic whole bags, stacking, Arrow strapping and winding, etc.
