1. Shengda promises to allow exchanges or returns for goods with quality issues under the following conditions: from the date of sale (actual receipt date applies) within the specified time period (details are available in Article 3: Return and Exchange Policy), customers can contact Shengda's customer service center to handle exchange or return matters.
A. Non-human quality problems specified in the national "Three Guarantees" regulations; if they are raised within the specified time after receiving the goods, through communication with the manufacturer, and if it is confirmed to be the manufacturer's fault, they will be given unconditional returns and handled for returns, and if the time expires, they will not be accepted.
B. 2. The following circumstances, Shengda will not provide a return or exchange service:
Any goods not sold by Shengda (with a product serial number that does not match)
B. The product has been used (excluding quality issues) or is subject to normal wear and tear.
C. The product packaging is incomplete or damaged, the standard accessories, gifts (if any were provided at the time of purchase), or instructions are incomplete, either the warranty certificate or the invoice is missing or altered, or the product model or serial number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product;
D. Unauthorized removal or alteration of product labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeiting markings;

F. Before returning goods for a refund or exchange, if there is no faxed written application or if the return is made without our company's approval;

H. Customized products are non-refundable except for quality issues;

3. Return and Exchange Time
The customer needs to return the goods due to quality issues. Customers must notify the relevant customer service personnel within 5 days for less than 10 pieces, within 7 days for 11-50 pieces, and within 15 days for more than 50 pieces from the date of receipt of the goods. In order not to affect the normal sales of the customer, the customer service personnel must immediately handle the return and exchange processing after receiving the fax details. The company will not accept any returns after the specified period. At the same time, customer service personnel must fax to the customer to require the return of the goods to the company within the prescribed time.
Service Commitment:
The after-sales department of Shengda will complete the processing of return and exchange applications within 3-7 working days from the date it receives the goods returned by the customer.
Return and Exchange Shipping Instructions:
1. If the quality problem of the factory causes a return or exchange, Shengda will bear the round-trip freight costs.
2. If the return or exchange of the product is due to the customer's reasons, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.
Packing Issue:
We will do our best to pack every product carefully, but after thousands of kilometers of transportation, there are inevitable pressures, vibrations, friction, and collisions that can cause the packaging of the products to deform or wear, become rough.
