2.调色，根据图案要求调色，即调和PVC粉、植物油、PVCOil, stabilizer, color paste, to achieve the required color and hardness.

3.做货，按图稿在模具的相应位置用针管注入原料，分层次在考模台上经过高温（180-200摄氏度）使液体材料凝固，根据产品情况一般要决定烘烤次数，每烤一次就在湿毛巾上凉模降温。直至最后取出样品。

4.质检修边，每个产品都要做到无气泡、无沙眼、无混色、整体干净、毛边修剪细致方可符合标准。

5.依照客人产品要求安装配件，完成装箱前的包装工作。

6.按指定要求及重量装箱、发货。
