If you strongly request not to use wooden crates, we will not be responsible for any damage to the goods during transportation.
About shipping
Due to the need for warehousing, inspection, packaging, and making wooden crates, it takes some time. Additionally, we have a large daily volume of orders, so we typically assume that it will take 1-2 days to prepare the goods after receiving your payment, and we will send the goods to you within 3 days. About Logistics
