Tensioner is composed of tightening belt, fastener and metal end parts. Tensioner is a hand-driven tension device with a maximum wrist force of 500N.
Main purpose and scope of application:
tensioner is mainly used for fastening items on trucks, trailers, ships or rails and binding and fastening of steel, wood and various pipe items.
Tensioner is also suitable for vehicle trailers and rescue.
Tensioner cannot be used to lift goods.

Tensioner working conditions:
the ambient temperature of tightening belt is-40℃ ~ + 100℃. When polypropylene tightening belt is used, the ambient temperature is generally-40℃ ~ + 80℃. It is strictly prohibited to use in high temperature environment.
When exposed to ultraviolet radiation for a long time, the intensity of tightening belt will decrease, so tightening belt should not be used for too long in places with strong ultraviolet radiation.
Tensioner avoids working in molten metals, acids, glass plates, fragile articles, nuclear reactors and special environments.
Tensioner working conditions:

use the front tightening belt to rotate at least 9/4 turns around the fastener ratchet shaft.
