2. Since the factory may change the product packaging according to production conditions, the packaging and the images on the website or the goods you previously purchased may be different, which does not constitute a quality issue. We do not accept returns for this reason.
3. About returns and exchanges: Please contact our sales customer service to confirm before making a return or exchange. If you return without customer service's permission, we will refuse to accept the return. Our sales customer service will handle matters related to returns and exchanges, and only accept them if they meet the standards for returns and exchanges. After the warehouse receives the return request, it will search for the express delivery order. If the information is unclear, the return will be rejected.
