For any questions or issues regarding any of our products, please feel free to contact us immediately. We will resolve your problem promptly and provide you with a satisfactory response:
1. Within 2 days of receipt (subject to the date of signature on the shipping document), if you find any functional failure or quality problems with the product, please contact us for return and exchange processing; we will not accept any claims after the deadline; any false or exaggerated claims will not be accepted once verified.
2. If the color or style of the product specified by the customer cannot be fully met, we will communicate with you in time to make a color exchange or a stock shortage handling;
3. Buyers cannot return the product for dissatisfaction or poor sales if there is no actual quality problem. Please be cautious when placing orders, and we will not be responsible for any inventory backlog.
4. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any damaged products due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a stamped proof and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim; If the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not bear any responsibility.
5. 6. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company using a standard courier service. We do not accept payment on delivery express, urgent courier services, or any high-cost shipping logistics. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, and we will reimburse the shipping costs and the actual product costs once the goods are received. If the customer returns the product without communicating with our customer service, we will not accept the return.
