1. Provide the quantity, schedule, images, specifications, materials, and other technical requirements for the processed products. At the same time, we will calculate a preliminary price range.

2. The customer provides product drawings (PDF, AI original) or physical samples (two physical samples are required, one for plate making and the other for revision).

3. The factory also charges a prototype fee or a sample fee; please contact the customer service.

4. The factory will create a prototype and provide the accurate unit price and schedule for the product. (Note: The processing time for the prototype is usually7-10 working days

5. The customer makes suggestions for modifications and the factory modifies the sample according to the requirements.

6. Both parties confirm the final prototype.

7. Both parties will seal the sample and sign the contract for the production. For regular products, 30% of the total payment will be collected as a prepayment, and for special products, 50% of the total payment will be collected as a prepayment.

8. Factory arranges for processing and production.

9. Deliver the goods, and both parties will accept the goods based on the sealed sample standards and settle the remaining balance.
