About Custom-Made Headscarves

1. Provide the quantity, schedule, images, specifications, materials, and other technical requirements for the processed products. At the same time, we will calculate a preliminary price range.

2. The customer provides product drawings (requiring one each of front, side, and top views) or physical mini-samples (two are needed, one for mold making and the other for mold correction).

3. The factory also charges a prototype fee; please contact customer service. (Note: After the order is confirmed, the prototype fee will be refunded or used as payment for the goods.)

4. The factory will produce two prototypes and provide the accurate unit price and schedule for the product. (Note: The processing time for prototypes is usually 3 working days, and for drawings, it is 5-7 working days.)

5. The customer makes suggestions for modifications and the factory modifies the sample according to the requirements.

6. Both parties confirm the final prototype.

7. Both parties will seal the sample and sign the contract for the production. For regular products, 30% of the total payment will be collected as a prepayment, and for special products, 50% of the total payment will be collected as a prepayment.

8. Factory arranges for processing and production.

9. Deliver the goods, and both parties will accept the goods based on the sealed sample standards and settle the remaining balance.
