(2) Sharp objects, dirty ground, direct sunlight and excessive compression can easily cause damage or rupture to the spheres.
(3) Due to the thermal expansion and contraction of gases, in winter or when the temperature drops, it is necessary to appropriately inflate aluminum film balloons; in summer or when the temperature rises, it is necessary to release the air appropriately to avoid bursting. Generally, after charging helium or hydrogen, it can float for 6-14 hours, so helium or hydrogen must be charged on the day of use (when charging hydrogen, safety must be carefully noted!)
(4)Due to the nature of machine production, the damage rate of aluminum foil balloons is within the normal range of 1-3%. If the damage rate is relatively high but does not affect use, we will refund the customer for the damaged balloons, but you need to provide clear photos of the balloon damage for proof. If necessary, you need to mail them to us. We do not support sending a few balloons at a time, and those who are sensitive to this should be cautious when ordering!
(5)Aluminum foil balloons are not recommended to be inflated with a powerful electric air pump, as it is easy to overinflate and burst the balloon!
