1. The steel wire rope on the reel should be arranged in a neat way. If overlapping and oblique winding are found, it should be stopped and rearranged. It is strictly prohibited to use hands and feet to pull and step on the wire rope in rotation. At least three turns should be kept.
2. The steel wire rope shall not be knotted or twisted. It shall be replaced when the broken line within one pitch exceeds 10%.
3. During the operation, no one shall cross the wire rope, and the operator shall not leave the hoist after the object (object) is lifted. Objects or cages should be lowered to the ground at rest.
4. During the operation, the driver and signal engineer shall maintain good visibility with the lifting object, and the driver and signal engineer shall cooperate closely and follow the unified command of the signal.

Safety requirements
Installation position
1. Set up the operating shed, and ensure that the operator can see the command staff and objects dragged or hoisted. The construction of buildings, scaffolds, materials and components on site during construction shall not affect the driver's monitoring of the whole process within the operation scope. The top of the operating shed in the hazardous working area shall meet the requirements of the protective shed.
The foundation is firm. The hoist should be kept away from the dangerous working area as far as possible, and choose the place with high topography and solid soil. Steel wire rope for laying ground anchor should be locked with the hoist seat. Piles should be made in the front to prevent the hoist from moving and overturning.
3. Direction of reel. The distance from the reel to the first guide pulley should be 15 times greater than the width of the reel and 20 times greater than the width of the reel. The distance between the reel and the center of the guide pulley should be aligned.
Operator requirements
1. The hoist driver shall receive professional training and hold a certificate to work, and be focused during operation. If there are obstacles in the line of sight, it shall be cleared in time, and shall not operate if the signal is not clear.
2. Idling should be carried out before operation to confirm that the electrical, braking and environmental conditions are good before operation. Operators should have a detailed understanding of the main content and workload of the work on duty.
3. The driver shall not leave the post when the sling does not fall completely on the ground. Objects or cages must be lowered to the ground for rest or suspension. After work, should cut off the power supply, close the switch box.
4. Drivers should always pay attention to operating conditions and wear of wire rope. When the load changes for the first time, it should first stop at 0.5m from the ground, and then continue to rise when there is no problem.
5. With the single drum winch, the falling speed must be controlled by the brake, not too fast and sharply, but slowly falling.
6. Do not use lever switch to prevent collision and wrong operation.
7. Grease the wire rope regularly and put it in special groove to prevent the rolling and damage the strength of the wire rope.
8. When the rated tension of the hoist is greater than 125KN, the rope platter should be set. The steel wire rope on the reel should be kept at least 3-5 turns, and the end of the steel wire rope should be fixed reliably.
9. The distance from the outside of the reel to the outermost wire rope shall not be less than 1.5 times of the diameter of the wire rope
