Application and Sufficiency

*This product is a structural adhesive, mainly used for rigid bonding, and can be used for bonding between steel, iron, aluminum, aluminum alloy, titanium, stainless steel, ABS, PVC, nylon (polyamide), polycarbonate, organic glass (poly methyl methacrylate), tempered glass, polyester resin, polyurethane, cement, ceramic, wood, laminated boards, and so on, both between the same or different materials.
* Adhesive glass products have good initial strength, but due to the large expansion coefficient of glass, they sometimes automatically detach.
* This adhesive is not suitable for bonding products such as snowflake iron, copper, brass, zinc, cellulose nitrate, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyolefins, polysiloxanes, etc.
* The adhesive effect of the flexible adhesive is not satisfactory.
*Mainly applied to the following aspects: automotive, motorcycles, machinery, chemical pipeline, storage tanks, woodworking furniture, lighting labels, daily life, scientific research, etc.

Performance and Features

* Quick curing at room temperature, 5-10 minutes for initial setting, 30 minutes to reach useable strength, and 24 hours for maximum strength.
* Convenient to use, does not require precise measurement. For example, two components can be applied separately, which can extend the service life.
High shearing, impact, and peeling strength, good overall performance, steel/steel tensile shear strength at room temperature > 20 MPa; impact strength > 2.0 J/m2.
* Oil surface bonding is possible. Just grind, no need to degrease, and the strength is not significantly reduced.
*Good acid and alkali resistance, good water resistance, and excellent oil resistance.
*Resistant to heat and humidity and atmospheric aging, with good durability.
*Easy to clear.
*Widely used.
*Resistant to high and low temperatures, fully cured after 24 hours, can still be used at -60°C to 120°C.
* Good electrical performance, dielectric strength 15kV/mm, dielectric constant 3.0, heat resistance grade B.
Good aging resistance. Table 1 shows the aging degree of different materials in different media over two months at 15℃-27℃.
* Durability. Durability is related to the use conditions and environment, and specific cases can be referred to the following experiments.

Room temperature, no load (aluminum to aluminum), soaked in water for six months, strength retention rate > 90%.
In boiling water, without any load (aluminum to aluminum), after one week, remove and cool to measure, the strength retention rate is greater than 95%.

Notes

*The adhesive liquid has a smell of acrylic acid.

* This product releases a large amount of heat during curing, so it is not recommended to mix a large amount of glue at one time.

*Keep out of children's reach. Do not eat.

* Do not cover the hat incorrectly, or it may deteriorate and become ineffective. Store it at low temperature, in a well-ventilated area, and away from fire sources.

Shelf Life: The product has a shelf life of one year under normal temperature conditions. If the product has not deteriorated after the expiration date, it can still be used.
