三.时间调整：

在正常模式先.按M键三次.秒闪动.按D键秒归0：按S键.分钟闪动.按D键调整分钟。

同样方法按S键和D键依次调整小时.日月星期；调毕.按M键回到正常模式。

四.秒表计时的使用：

正常模式下.按M键一次.显示为0.00 00按D键开始计时.再按D键暂停计时.按S键清0；

如在暂停计时状态下.再按D键则可累加计时此时.按S键清0

五.背光

按下L键背光点亮.背光要单彩或多彩闪烁等多种状态；长按：L键背光形式将随机变化。

六.电池更换.

当显示黯淡时.可能电池电量不足.更换电池时请用厂家专配的电池盖起子.缓慢旋转.电池盖小圆点对至OFEN侧小圆点时.可打开电池盖.请更换同规格的电池

七.注意事项：
