The use of laser plasma product specification

A , spraying series LSJ-10

Mainly used for paint spraying, the main models are: LSJ-1020/1035/1050

Paint formulation: laser plasma: Mirror thinner =2%:10-20%:80% resin;

The general laser plasma suggested adding amount of 0.2%-5%, customers can according to the actual effect and needs to determine the specific dosage.

The more smooth surface spraying effect; the particle size is coarse laser effect.

The choice of laser spraying resin (preferred mirror silver resin)

1, low acid value

2, Pro silver arrangement (the better arrangement of laser effect is better)

3, high solid content and low viscosity (about 5%)

Select the appropriate resin, can bring to film laser effect and excellent adhesion to the substrate and excellent after spraying to light oil corrosion resistance

Note

1, laser paint alone to spray a layer, can not mix with other.

2, sprayed primer, primer etc. must be completely dry and then spray paint laser

3, to cover the light, light oil can choose two components, water resistance, UV system

4, cover must ensure the laser layer dry before the light

5, light oil to choose solvent can not be too strong, otherwise it will burn the laser layer

6, when spraying gun suitable ratio, the amount of oil to the minimum, the maximum atomization

7, if customers have special needs, you can add a certain proportion of additives, improve the performance of the paint film.

Two, printing series

Mainly used for screen printing process

Main product model: LSJ-70 series (middle grade): LSJ-7010/7020/7035

LSJ-80 series (high): LSJ-8020/8035

Ink formulation: laser plasma: Mirror resin: thinner =5-10%:50-55%:10-20%

The general laser plasma recommended dosage is 5%-10%, larger add less.

The more smooth the surface of the substrate, the better

Laser printing resin selection (select mirror resin)

1, low acid value

2, Pro silver arrangement (the better arrangement of laser effect is better)

The solid content of the resin in the whole ink system should be controlled at 6%-8% or so.

Select the appropriate resin, can bring to film laser effect and excellent adhesion to the substrate and the film excellent weatherability and corrosion resistance.
