Washing and Maintenance:

1) Before wearing the martial arts uniform for the first time, soak it in cold water for about 30 minutes, add appropriate amount of laundry detergent for cleaning, to ensure that the martial arts uniform is cleaner, softer and more comfortable.

2) Wash by hand as much as possible, avoid washing with dark-colored clothes, and wash high-grade religious attire and belts separately.

3) Before washing a martial arts uniform, it should be turned inside out to ensure that the parts of the uniform that come into contact with the body are cleaner, and it can help delay the fading of the exterior decorations of the uniform.

4) If there are signs of yellowing, you can add some clothing-specific bleaching agent while washing the uniform. (Do not use 84-type strong corrosive bleaching agents).

5) Do not use hot water (above 30 degrees) to wash the uniform, as hot water can easily cause the uniform to warp and crease.

6) Do not expose the kendo uniform to direct sunlight, as it can cause the color to fade. The correct method of drying is to let it air-dry in a shady and well-ventilated area.
