【About Customization
Our factory can custom-make various specifications of packaging bags according to customer samples or design sketches. We will calculate the quotation based on the product's purpose, specifications, material and craft requirements, and the order quantity. The quotation does not include tax, shipping costs, or plate-making fees.
Sample Confirmation
The client can provide us with electronic printing files or actual samples, and we will make changes to the overall design effect according to their requirements. We will confirm the design in the form of paper drafts (color can be based on the client's actual sample or PT color number). If the client requires us to provide a pre-production sample before mass production, they must make the request before placing an order, and both parties will negotiate separately. Otherwise, we will not provide a proof!
【关于付款】
Confirmation of production requires the client to first pay the full die fee and 30% of the goods as a deposit. Once the deposit is paid, our factory will begin to prepare materials and enter the production process. If the buyer needs to cancel the order unilaterally due to reasons, it will cause us to lose materials, and the deposit will not be refunded. Please be aware! (The fee is calculated based on the product area, and the specific price is calculated based on the specific size and production method of your bag. If you already have a die, you can send it to us directly. The die that is made can be used for a long time. If the pattern does not change in the later production, there will be no die fee). After the product is produced, we will inform the client of the specific quantity, and once the balance is paid to us, we can arrange the logistics and shipping.
【关于数量】
The minimum order quantity for packaging bags with a length less than 15cm is 30,000 pieces, and for those longer than 15cm, it's 20,000 pieces (the more quantity you order, the lower the unit price will be). Due to the fact that the products are highly customized, there is uncertainty in printing and subsequent processing losses. The quantity of products is typically allowed to be within ±10% of the ordered quantity. Therefore, the final product quantity may be more or less than the ordered quantity. For example, if you order 50,000 pieces, the final production quantity may be between 45,000 and 55,000 pieces. When settling the account, the actual output quantity must be settled.
【关于发货】
Standard products are delivered within 10-15 days, and products with more complex processes take about 15-25 days. The delivery time can be negotiated based on the actual situation of both parties. Delivery can be done by courier or logistics companies, and the specific costs please contact us by phone.
【关于售后】
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to non-reversible sales. If there are quality issues, our factory promises to cover the shipping costs for a replacement. Please rest assured to place your order.
