Second: About Shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, all stock items will be shipped within 72 hours of payment (pre-ordered items will be shipped on the scheduled date). For large consignments, please inform our customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the consignment station. This will help you pick up the goods in the shortest time and at the nearest location. We solemnly declare that both express delivery and logistics are beyond our control. Please do not use the service attitude of express delivery and logistics or the length of time it takes to arrive as the basis for our evaluation.

Point Four: About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If someone like family members, friends, or the gatekeeper signs for you, it will be considered as your personal receipt. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the goods.

Clause 5: After-sales Service: If you encounter any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. We will not accept any requests after this period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the product does not meet your expectations due to subjective factors such as personal dislikes, significant differences from the images, dissatisfaction, or not being as good as you expected, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product. However, if there are objective quality issues such as rust or peeling of the paint, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
