• Product Description:

  Steps
  1. Remove the electrode protection cover, and connect the pH electrode and temperature electrode to the corresponding electrode socket.
  2. First, clean the electrodes with distilled water and dry them with filter paper to remove any water that may be attached to the electrodes.
  3. Turn on/off the power switch to turn on the device.
  4. Insert the pH electrode, temperature electrode, and conductivity electrode into the solution to be measured, gently stir, and wait for the value to stabilize before reading the display.
  5. After use, clean the electrodes, turn off the device by pressing the ON/OFF switch, and cover the electrodes with the protective cover.
  pH Calibration
  1. Immerse the pH electrode in a mixture of phosphate buffer solution with a pH of 6.86 (at a temperature of 25°C), gently shake the electrode.
  Adjust the pH7 potentiometer with a small screwdriver until the display value matches the pH value of the standard buffer solution at ambient temperature.
  3. Clean the electrode, then immerse the pH electrode in a pH 4.01 potassium phosphate buffer solution or a pH 9.18 borax standard buffer solution, gently shake the electrode.
  4. The displayed value should be within the allowed error range compared to the pH value of the buffer solution.
  EC、CF、ppm Calibration
  1. Press the MODE button to select the "EC" mode, insert the instrument conductivity electrode into the 12880 μs/cm (12.88 EC) standard buffer solution, and gently shake it.
  2. Wait for the value to stabilize, adjust the CAL calibration knob with a small screwdriver until the display value is 12.88EC, and then clean the electrode with distilled water and dry it with filter paper.
  3. Insert the instrument into the 1413 μs/cm (1.41EC) standard solution, and the display value should be within the allowed error range compared to the standard solution value.
  Temperature Calibration
  1. The instrument has been calibrated before leaving the factory, and generally does not need to be calibrated. If the measurement result deviates significantly, the instrument can be calibrated. During calibration, place the temperature sensor in a solution with a standard temperature of 25°C, adjust the CAL calibration knob with a small screwdriver, and make the instrument display value conform to the standard value.
  In the following circumstances, the instrument must be recalibrated.
  Replace the new electrode
  After calibration, it has been used (or placed) for a long time.
  The electrode is used particularly frequently.
  The measurement accuracy requirement is relatively high.
  Notes
  1. When measuring, gently shake the electrodes, do not allow bubbles on the electrodes, otherwise it will affect the measurement results.
  If the display error is large or the EC value does not return to zero, the EC electrode should be inserted into alcohol and shaken for 5-10 seconds to clean the electrode.
  Battery Installation
  If the backlight brightness significantly decreases, the measurement error is large, or the display value is blurry, it should be charged in time. The instrument is equipped with intelligent charging function, which will automatically turn off power when fully charged. It is recommended to charge for 2-3 hours. If you need to monitor for a long time, please connect the power adapter.
