About after-sales service

Please inspect the goods when you sign for the express delivery. If there are any missing pieces, damage, or the goods do not match the description, please refuse to accept or contact our customer service on the spot to handle the issue. We will not handle any problems that arise after signing for the delivery.
2 Regarding the size issue, we will ship the item according to the size you have ordered. If the item is too large or too small, and you need a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you need to exchange the item, please contact our customer service. The exchange must be completed within three days. Orders that have been signed for over a week will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Color difference issue. The photos and the actual items are similar, with a slight difference due to lighting. No refunds or returns will be accepted for any color difference issues.
Returned shoes must be clean and intact with the original packaging, and they must be in a condition that allows for resale. If the shoes are damaged, dirty, or worn, they will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Thank you for your cooperation!
