Anti-freeze Coolant Freezing Point Tester User Manual
1. Principle:
Antifreeze Freezing Point Tester is a precision optical instrument used to measure the freezing point of antifreeze. Its basic principle is to measure the refractive index of the solution using the total reflection critical angle method, thereby calibrating the concentration and performance of the measured liquid.
Due to its reliable principles, precision that meets actual needs, and advantages such as small size, light weight, attractive design, and convenience of use, it is widely applied in the automotive industry.

Field of view explanation:
Middle scale: (ETHYLENE GLYCOL) Antifreeze with ethylene glycol.
Propylene Glycol (PROPYLENE GLYCOL) Antifreeze Ice Point.
Left scale: (BATTERY FLUID) Battery Fluid Specific Gravity.
1.15~1.20 needs charging
1.20~1.25 battery capacity is sufficient
1.25~1.30 Battery is fully charged
Right scale: Glass cleaner ice point
Attachment: Instruction Manual, Screwdriver, Straw, Velour Cloth.
Attention:
Note: This instrument can measure ethylene glycol and propylene glycol, but it cannot measure methanol!
This test instrument can measure:
* Specific Gravity of Electrolyte
Measure the type of antifreeze for ethylene glycol
* Propylene Glycol-based Antifreeze
* Testing the freezing point of windshield washer fluid
This instrument is a temperature compensation type with an internal temperature compensation device.
Guarantee accurate measurement within an ambient temperature range of 10°C to 30°C.
