3、数秒钟后，冰袋内材料和清水融合反应成?喱状。此时冰袋内材料不会通过注水口反向流出，但请勿用力挤压或与锐利物品接触

4、将准备好的冰袋放入冰箱冷冻室内冷冻成块状。

5、制冷效果可持续10-12小时左右，完全解冻后，内容物会恢复?喱状，这时候可再度放入冰柜冷冻，准备第2天的使用。反复冷冻解冻，使用次数在1000次以上。未注水的保质期为3年，注水之后的保质期为1年-2年。
