1: How many pieces are required for a batch, and do you support mixed batches? Are there any restrictions on the amount? How is the freight calculated? 4:我已经付款了，什么时候可以发货，大概多久能到？因为公司每天的发货量比较大，我们会在您付款后的24-48小时按付款顺序发货，运送时间会因距离、天气和不同的快递公司的操作流程而不同，江浙沪一般1-2天到，安徽.广东、福建、山东、江西、北京、天津一般2-3天，其他地区3-5天，偏远地区4-7天，省外物流一般3-7天！关于发货：快递都是晚上5点统一收件，当天的订单一般都明后天发货，（总之尽量做到第一时间给亲们发货哦）因为前面还有很多单要排，而且有很多客户需要补拍，改地址，所以我们会整理好了后再发！我们会尽快安排发货的！希望大家能理解！我们合作的快递公司是中通快递，（另外还发申通，圆通，邮政小包，以及托运物流）

About after-sales service and quality issues for returns and exchanges
1.收货7天内（以运单签收日期为准）如发现产品质量问题，请及时与售后客服联系。逾期不予受理。问题产品必须保持包装完整(请自带包装，勿直接在产品原厂外盒粘贴或书写)。积累五公斤以上退货，退回的运费由我公司承担。请累计5-10公斤用普通物流退回，运费我公司承担、谢绝发昂贵的德邦和佳吉、天地华宇物流，如有违反运费自理，没有质量问题不退货，不换货

2.退货前请先与售后客服沟通，请配合填写售后服务表，以便跟踪您的退货获得及时处理。
3.客户对产品颜色或款式的指定，我们会尽力满足，但不能100%保证。如因颜色或款式不相符将不予以退换货。
4.对于把非本公司所售商品寄到我公司的情况，我们保留对本次全部退换货不处理并且运费由客户承担，货物直接返给客户的权利。
5.以下条件不能享受退换：A退回的产品包装损毁或不完整，产品配件或相关资料不齐；B未经授权擅自修理或改装；C未按正常方法使用或贮存；D颜色跟色彩不退换，超出售后服务期限的商品。E季节性产品超期不予退还（如夏天风扇冬天的保暖贴）。
6.售后服务是公司最基本的服务，我们愿意为大家提供良好的售后服务，同时，良好的售后服务也需要客户的配合，请在退换货前仔细阅读以上说明，尽可能按公司以上规定办理，以免影响对您的售后服务。

7.以上关于，破损及质量问题产品的处理，如重量没有达到五公斤，若客人要退回，运费自理。
