Product Description:

1. Wooden: Selecting high-quality Chilean pine wood, the wood is dense and the grain is smooth and beautiful (our original wood color frame can reflect this), with a moderate weight, it is the top material for frame selection.

2、Paints: The frame is painted with two layers of undercoat and two layers of topcoat of eco-friendly wood finishes. This means that the frame is first coated with two layers of undercoat, followed by two layers of color paint. This process ensures the fullest color saturation of the paint. The paint luster is processed with a combination of three parts bright and seven parts matte. Three parts bright can ensure the frame has the desired luster, while seven parts matte can ensure the frame's color is not too prominent, neither too bright nor too dull. A complete matte finish would lose the spirit of the frame.

3. Craftsmanship: The frame is processed with sanding followed by painting, ensuring smooth edges, seamless corners, and a waterproof surface paper treatment on the back panel, which not only ensures beauty but also provides waterproof effects (distinguishing it from other manufacturers' black-painted back panels). The inside of the frame has grooves for clasps to be fixed, which is different from the iron plates nailed by other manufacturers.

Frame Material:

 All the picture frames we produce are made from imported pine wood that has undergone several processes including processing, drying, molding, sanding, and spray painting. These frames are resistant to insect damage and deformation, making them suitable for both dry northern regions and humid southern areas.
