Purchasing Notice

1. All the items in our shop are photographed with actual products. Due to the frequent changes in packaging for some products, the goods you receive may not be exactly the same as the images. 2. Dear customer, all our products are shipped with color matching, strictly according to the color ratio of the warehouse's stock. Therefore, after you receive the goods, please confirm the receipt without any quality issues in the first time. If there are any problems, please take photos and send them to us within 3 days. We will solve the corresponding problems for you. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 7 days, thank you for your understanding.
3. Since our products are sold both online and offline, our inventory turnover is quite high. Please ensure to consult our customer service before making a purchase to confirm if there are any stock available, to avoid any long waits. Our shopkeeper is very happy to serve you.
4. Refunds are not available for non-quality issues. You can exchange for other products, and the return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Partial delivery methods for customers reference: ?
1. Car shipping: Yiwu small commodities shipping is developed, and there are shipping departments all over the country. The general shipping fee is 0.5 yuan/kilogram based on weight, and 80-120 yuan/cubic meter based on volume. The specific shipping fee is determined according to the distance. For a box of 300 hats, the general shipping fee is about 20-30 yuan, and the shipping fee for remote areas with a transfer area is 40-50 yuan/piece. After the goods are sent and delivered, the shipping department will call the customer to pick up the goods at the pickup point, and the shipping fee is self-paid.
2. Express Delivery: (Fast but high shipping costs) We use the Shentong Express and Yunda Express for shipping (additional costs apply if other courier services are used). This method is suitable for most cities in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Shanghai provinces, with a general delivery time of tomorrow. Large weight and volume goods are not recommended! Cities outside Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai generally do not use this method for shipping. Shipping costs are subject to customer service, and the calculation is based on customer service.
