About after-sales service

1. Please check the goods when you sign for the express delivery. If there are any missing pieces, damage, or the goods do not match the description, please let us know.

You are requested to reject the delivery or contact our customer service in person to handle the issue. Any problems that arise after signing for the delivery will not be processed.

2 Regarding the size issue, we will ship the item according to the size you have ordered. If there is a problem with the size being too large or too small, please contact us for a resolution.

If you need a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you need to exchange the goods, please contact customer service. The exchange processing must be completed within three days. Orders signed more than a week after receipt are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Color difference issue. The photos and the actual items are similar, and there may be a slight difference due to lighting. No refunds or returns will be accepted for any color difference.

Returned shoes must be clean and intact with their original packaging, and they must be in a condition suitable for resale.

If the shoes are damaged or dirty, or have wear and tear, we will not process any exchange or return. Thank you for your cooperation!
