Test procedures:
1. Wet slump cone and floor, no clear water on the inner wall and floor of slump cone. The bottom plate should be placed on a solid (non-absorbent) horizontal surface, and the barrel should be placed in the center of the bottom plate, and then the foot should be on the two-sided pedal. The slump cylinder should be kept in a fixed position when loading.
2. Divide the concrete sample obtained according to the requirements into three layers and load it into the cylinder evenly, so that the height of each layer is about one-third of the height of the cylinder after tamping. Use the tamper 25 times per layer.
3. Wipe the top of the cylinder with a small spatula, and remove the concrete on the bottom plate at the side of the cylinder. The lifting process of slump cone should be completed within 5-10s. The whole process from the beginning of loading to lifting the slump cone should be carried out continuously and should be completed within 150s.
4. After lifting the slump cylinder, measure the height difference between the height of the cylinder and the highest point of the concrete test body behind the slump, that is, the slump value of the concrete mixture.
5. Observe the adhesion and water retention of the concrete specimens behind the slump.
