PVC glue is suitable for PVC pipe with diameter below 300mm or medium area PVC sheet.

It is applied in the fields of drinking water, water treatment equipment, industrial pipeline, stadium, farmland irrigation, ventilation system and so on in civil and industrial PVC pipeline systems.

3. Apply a layer of thick and uniform glue to the pipe tail equivalent to the depth of the pipe socket, and apply a layer of medium thickness glue to the pipe fittings. Avoid leaving too much glue in the pipe fittings to form a pool. Apply the second layer of glue on the pipe so that the glue can completely fill the gap at the interface.

4. When applying glue to a single outlet pipe, avoid applying glue beyond the depth of the socket or letting the glue flow into the socket.

5. Glue immediately when the glue is wet. If it is not wet enough, re-apply the glue before bonding. When bonding, push the pipe to the bottom of the pipe fitting with force, and rotate the pipe 1/8 to 1/4 turns as much as possible. To avoid rebound, press and hold for 30 seconds. Finally, wipe off the excess glue.

The sticking pipe can be pressurized to 160 pounds per square inch (11.2 kilograms per square centimeter) after at least 60 minutes.
