Tescel is a special textile product manufactured by non-woven machines, using special composite yarns with a special enveloping structure, namely PVC/PET core-sheath type yarns. The core is made of high-strength polyester industrial filament, and the sheath is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material that is resistant to aging and ultraviolet radiation. The polyester filament is extended and enveloped, and after drawing and cooling, it forms a smooth, waterproof, oil-resistant, non-toxic, and cool-feeling composite yarn. The warp yarn is formed into a weaving beam through an intelligent warping mechanism, which does not require sizing and is directly woven into a net on a flexible rapier loom, and then finished into the final product.
