2. If the buyer refuses to sign for no reason or the courier cannot contact the buyer, the product is returned, and the buyer requests to return the product for non-seller reasons after receiving the product, the return freight shall be borne by the buyer, arrange refund or reissue after the goods are returned to the warehouse.
