A, High temperature and high pressure cooking, air drying, steam drying. So that the treated logs will not deform, moldy, decay and insects, moisture content is basically below 12%. 2. Dry treatment is the first step in furniture manufacturing and a key step. How? -- steam drying treatment. The drying process is divided into three steps:
1. Preheating treatment: mainly low temperature and high humidity, so that the internal and external temperature of wood can be balanced and the moisture content can be reduced preliminarily;
2. Drying stage: mainly raise the temperature gradually, lower the humidity slowly, and extract the moisture inside and outside the wood to reach the moisture content we want.
