Quality problems: generally refers to obvious damage of clothes, indelible stains, different lengths of sleeves or trouser legs, asymmetrical (non-design issues) of clothes or trousers, missing accessories, fabric drawnwork, striping, dyeing, etc.

The seller is responsible for the delivery of the wrong goods and quality problems, but the agent needs to pay in advance. The buyer will be paid for the postage if the clothes are confirmed to be quality problems. (the return postage has been charged as the standard), there is no quality problem.

1. The customer shall contact the customer service within 72 hours to handle the goods, or the return and replacement freight!

3. If the customer contacted the customer service after 72 hours of signing and receiving the goods, the freight of return and exchange will not be borne!

4. The customer will not accept the return and exchange application after 7 days after receiving the goods.

Non-quality problems: too big, too small, too thin, too thick, transparent, the size is out of order, with color difference, inappropriate size, asymmetry, bad fabric, poor workmanship, wired head, ill-fitting, wearing;

Return and exchange of non-quality goods: the customer must be contacted within 72 hours after signing for the goods, and the agents will bear the round-trip freight.
