<Usage>

1. First, pull the self-adhesive elastic bandage to a length of 30cm or more, allowing the bandage to naturally relax;
2. When tying the first knot, do not stretch the bandage, gently press the overlapping part of the bandage with your thumb, to secure the end;
3. Then, tie the bandage at 40-50% tension (based on personal comfort), making sure not to tie it too tightly as this may affect blood circulation.
4. At the last 5-10cm of the bandage, do not stretch the bandage after tearing it. Instead, relax the bandage naturally and press it to ensure it adheres securely.
